It depends on the type of company, whether you need a notary or not.

Depending on the type of company, the first thing you need in some cases is approval from the responsible Chamber of Industry and Commerce and in order not to lose time or money, we will take care of everything that is necessary. We get the necessary approvals, organize an appointment with the notary, agree the draft contracts with the notary and you and later submit the registration of your company to the responsible trade registration office for you. You don't need to worry about anything and can do (almost) everything from the comfort of your home.

There is also a lot of paperwork when you register with the responsible tax office. But don't worry: It depends very much on what kind of company you are setting up - but so that everything goes as quickly as possible, we create the necessary documents and prepare the applications for a tax number together with you and send them to End for you. This will give you your tax number as quickly as possible and your company will become legally competent and can start to act.

If you are already thinking about hiring employees later, we will take care of it and get you a company number, which you will then need for registration.

Found a UG

For years by far the best-selling package: The establishment of an entrepreneurial company (short: UG). The UG is the “small GmbH”, which can be founded with a share capital of 1, - Euro.

The advantage: You are not personally liable with your private assets, but only with the company's share capital. A UG can have one or more managing directors and one or more shareholders.

Already from 290,- Euro you get everything you need to found your UG - such as an appointment with a notary at your location (in Germany) + setting up the chargeable company address (worth € 99) already included!

GmbH

A GmbH can be founded in Germany with a share capital of 25.000 euros or more. Half of this (12.500 euros) must be available when the company is founded. Here too, private assets are protected and liability is limited to the assets of the company.

We support you during the entire start-up phase by preparing everything so that you only have to sign it. And that for only 799, - Euro until the necessary registration of the company at the competent local court. The coordination of a notary appointment in your area (in Germany) is already included!

Establish sole proprietorship

Many say starting a sole proprietorship is very easy. This is certainly true in principle, but there are also some pitfalls here that one should be aware of in order to avoid long-term effects right from the start. Everything else just costs a lot of time and money.

Therefore, for a fixed price of 199 euros, we offer you a review of your business model, along with the preparation of the documents required for registration, and we support you in registering your business and issuing a tax number.

Establish a GbR

A society under civil law (GbR for short) is an amalgamation of several so-called natural or legal persons who jointly found a company.

There are many reasons why this makes sense - and also many that speak in favor of a different form of society. We accompany you to find the right company form, prepare the documents and the business registration together with you and submit them together with you.

Finally, the company has to register with the responsible tax office in order to be able to act. We explain the exact process to you during the talks and we deal with the paperwork quickly and unbureaucratically together.

Fixed price: 299 euros, which even includes the set-up fee for the business address.

If you live abroad and want to set up a company in Germany, you face very special challenges. Numerous evidence, certificates, attestations and other documents must be presented to the authorities.

It then depends on whether you live inside or outside the European Union.

  • In some cases, the authorities may need to provide a German (registered in Germany) Authorized recipient to name. We offer this to you at a fixed price of 120 euros per month. The postal delivery agent (usually a member of our management) accepts mail from courts and authorities for you and forwards it to you immediately. The price already includes a flat rate for forwarding incoming shipments (as a scan by e-mail).
  • Under certain circumstances it may be that you do not want to - or cannot act as a managing director yourself. We also have the right offer for this and will provide you with one (depending on availability) Managing director with the best credit rating and of course perfect German language skills, as well as German citizenship. The costs vary depending on the training, requirements and the type and scope of your project and will be explained in conversation with you.
  • Express foundation: Are you in a particularly hurry? With our upgrade “Express foundation”, we usually manage the entire foundation process within less than two weeks. This is only possible because we then take care of most of the administrative procedures for you personally and thus give the famous “slipper mail” a little help in the office.
    The express formation is available as an add-on to many formation packages and can be booked separately.
